Carmen pursued her education in aesthetics with Vogue College of Cosmetology in Santa Fe, NM in 2016. Her background includes belief in holistic & alternative healing, nutritional eating, meditation & wellness practices including Yoga, Tai Chi & Chi Gung. Her college studies of Healthful Living, Interpersonal Communications, Creative Writing, and love of reading and learning have helped her achieve her goals and given her a wealth of knowledge that she applies throughout her work and life. Additionally, her knowledge of fitness includes college studies in Healthful Living, personal training with NFPT, being an active trail runner, mountain biker & snowboarder herself as well as having done cross-fit for a few years make her a truly experienced health, wellness & self-care, advocate for both women & men.
